God needs a man to be His witness! But there is a difference between the Righteous and unrighteous or rather a humble brag (hypocrite) witness. For sure, we need God’s Grace but more than that we need His Spirit; otherwise we mortally place ourselves as stated; “some to dishonor” - 2 Tim. 2:20. Mediocrity just as wood and dirt; is not of God but only the finest and most precious elements like gold and silver is; reflecting His true image. A Kingdom for eternity! God is not a do-over kind of guy that is satisfied with imperfection and will fix things just to make it useful for a task at hand. No! His goal is complete and unadulterated Righteousness that matches His very own immutability and we the Body is His ultimate handiwork for all the Heavenly and Earthly host to see, admire and be amazed at. For when we reflect God’s Glory; all the Spirits take note. God is not a novice! And as Jesus states; "Be perfect as your Heavenly Father is" - Matt. 5:48.
The moment Lucifer challenged God’s Throne; the Heavens paused to observe God’s reaction. They became witnesses to His Righteous hand. For He could have destroyed His very own creation but instead took the eternal view as stated; “The Lord (God) is longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation” - Num. 14:18. God is long-suffering to even Lucifer’s pride and ours but is just to the witness of His loyal Angels and men. You see; everything done under Heaven is recorded for all eternity. It is a Kingdom law! We can’t take back what was unrighteous in God’s eye; but for the Blood we can come boldly before God’s Throne of Grace and not only seek forgiveness for the transgression but most critically His Spirit to be Righteous as Jesus the man was; affirming as stated; "The Son can do nothing of Himself, but what he sees (by the Spirit) the Father do; for what things so ever He does, these also does the Son likewise (do). - Jn. 5:17.
Every decision made after Salvation is and will be held for or against us to determine the eternal reward for being a witness of God’s Kingdom and pleasure as stated; “All must appear before the judgment seat of Christ” - 2 Cor. 5:10. Now; to be clear, the unrepentant is already judged as stated; “The Lord Jesus shall be revealed from Heaven with His mighty Angels. In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. (And) who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the Glory of His Power - 2 Tess. 1:8-9. This will be witnessed by all the Heavens and hell’s host. Without witnesses there is no finality to our attitudes, actions, and aptitudes. Of being worthy of God’s creation, purpose and Grace revealing His Glory through us. God by His immutability is justified with His creation of man and has placed at least two witnesses throughout the generations to record evidence of this to Heaven, the Earth, hell, and to man.
When God created man He set forth the two witnesses for judgment of man’s free will. A reflection of Lucifer’s freewill to subvert God’s Kingdom and challenge it. God placed the vote before man; of His Kingdom or of satan. This is why the serpent was allowed to tempt man. Now, some have said; God wanted man to sin. This is utter rubbish of religious thinking as stated; “a kingdom divided against itself, cannot stand” - Mk. 3:24. If this was the case, God would not have created and placed the two Trees of Knowledge and Life in the Garden, respectively. These were not mere trees but living Spirits of God placed in the Garden for man’s benefit. Some say; "Then why did God forbid them not to eat of the fruit if it was His Spirit"? Because they were not ready to receive His Power that comes with His Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding because of their immaturity. Just like a gun; there is Power that can be abused when it's in the hands of a child. God did not forbid them to eat of the fruit from the Tree of Life as stated; “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat” - Gen. 2:16.
The generations of the last Day will not only be their own witness but be given the final two witness for Salvation as stated; “And I will appoint my two witnesses” - Rev. 11:3. These two witnesses were foreshadowed when the Word became flesh in and through Jesus Christ that God sent His only begotten Son for those who believe will not die. Many believe that these two witnesses are men of God who did not die a natural death but were removed from its effects because of their Righteous standing and reserved for the final days to as stated; “it is appointed unto men once to die” - Heb. 9:27. These two witnesses after giving their testimony being a witness for God’s Glory is to be subjected to death only to be resurrected into Heaven just like Jesus who was put to death after witnessing for God and by the Spirit resurrected to the Right hand of the Father.
Sept. 23, 2019.
The Two Witnesses.
Yes; God is love! But not of us but of His Kingdom. Sure; He sent His only begotten Son to save us but only based on a condition and acceptance as stated; “that whosoever believes in Him (Jesus) should not perish, but have everlasting life” - Jn. 3:16. We cannot expect God to suffer His Kingdom just so that we can have His mercy and Grace. No one builds a house with weak members but taking what is available strengthens these members to withstand the test of time and external forces. God is a builder! First of His Kingdom and then of His pleasure. When we understand and appreciate this deep within our hearts then we truly become God’s heirs towards His purpose germinated before Genesis and continue after Revelation. We are under scrutiny by His Domain of Principalities, Powers and Thrones.
Thank YHWH! He is immutable in His Word and action! He also is under the scrutiny of His own Domain. What! How dare we “point” the finger at God! If that’s your reaction then maybe you have missed God’s own declaration to us; His image and children as stated; “And I (God) will be a Father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters” - 2 Cor. 6:18. Not of an Earthly kingdom and mindset, but of a Glorious Kingdom and Spirit. This is why He; the Father states; “Come now, and let us reason together, says (God) the Lord; though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool” - Is. 1:18. By Jesus’ eternal Blood; are we returned to God’s image and heirs as His Principalities, Powers and Thrones. The Kingdom’s authority is ours and so can be God’s immutability. It is not by our sin and imperfect nature are we heirs but by God’s indwelling Spirit made available to all who dare to take and wield it wherever God commands. Just like any general who provides every means to sustain his troops for victory in the enemy’s territory. God’s charge to us is for Victory only!
Yet; God does not want to be overbearing with a heavy hand of subjugation but in all things urges us to position ourselves strategically so that He can fulfill His Kingdom’s purpose and pleasure in us. We can do it willingly and in Faithful obedience or be reined in as the unrighteous for His desire as stated; “The Lord (God) has made all things for Himself: yes, even the wicked for the day of evil” - Pro. 16:4. No one is exempted from God’s Glory; be it Victory or defeat. For whether Heavenly or Earthly; we all are and will be judged by God’s immutable witnesses. This is what separates Him to be the true creator of all compared to those so-called deities that satan has used to blind the world; thereby earning and demanding as stated; “O Lord, open my lips; and my mouth shall show forth your (deserved) praise; for You desire not (superficial) sacrifice; else would I give it; (nor) You delight not in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart; O God, You will not despise (detest but accept these things) - Ps. 51:15-17. Now, before many think this means meekness by the world’s standard consider why these offerings to Him would please Him. So that He can reveal His Kingdom and pleasure through us as stated; “If a man, therefore, purge himself from these (carnalities), he shall be a vessel (for) honor, sanctified, and meet (ready) for the master's use, and prepared for every good work” - 2 Tim. 2:20. We may have inherited the sin DNA from Adam but by submitting to God’s hand; we become His authority for His Kingdom and pleasure just as Jesus, Paul, and others were as stated; "That no flesh should glory in His (God's) presence. But of him (who) are in Christ Jesus, who (made) of God is made onto us (His) Wisdom, and Righteousness, and Sanctification, and Redemption. That, according as it is written (declared); He (God) that (makes) glorious (for His sake), let him (man reflect the) Glory in (of) the Lord (God). - 1 Cor. 1:29-31.
Generations later God places again two witnesses for man’s freewill stating; “I call Heaven and Earth to record (witness) this day against you, that I have set before you Life and death” - Deut. 30:19. The Heavenly Hosts, as well as the Earth’s, pronounce judgment by our choice of either Life (God/Jesus/Righteous acts) or of death (satan/unrighteous acts). This is the same as it was in the Garden. Why judgment before the Lamb of Salvation? Because without God’s Spirit and Wisdom, it is detrimental to navigate through satan’s territory who remains as stated; “And the Lord (God) said unto satan, Where are you coming from? Then satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the Earth, and from walking up and down in it” - Job 1:17; and “you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience” - Eph 2:2.
Here the two witnesses of Heaven and Earth records our choices daily for the flesh or the Spirit sentencing the unrighteous to hell and bringing the Righteous before Jesus’ judgment seat after this Age of Grace has passed. Life and death are equated daily by our choices regardless of ignorance which is contained in the two greatest commandments as reiterated by Jesus. Why is ignorance not counted as a reason for not choosing Life? Because as stated; “God breathed into his nostrils the breath of Life (His Spirit) - Gen. 2:7. No naturally born child has a spirit of unrighteousness. Unrighteousness is a learned mindset by the spirit of rebellion or rather satan. So when God places before us Life and death; He is showing us the comparison not only for our day but for our life and especially our spirit. Those choices produce after its kind as stated; “As long as the Earth remains; seedtime harvest will not cease” - Gen. 8:22. This is why after a sinner or saved person dies going to the grave there is no redemption of their Faith and works. There is no purgatory as revealed in the Parable of the rich man as stated; "between us (Abraham and Lazarus) and you (rich man) there is a great gulf (separation) fixed (unchanging); so that they (saved in Christ) which would pass from hence to you (the dead in Christ) cannot (forbidden) - and he (Abraham) said unto him (rich man), If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead". - Lk. 16:31. Once the final witnessing of our life has been judged and sentenced; there is no repeal.
Another generations later; God demonstrates His immutability of granting His image freewill. That even without the Blood; man could be His ambassador just by His Spirit of Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding. Many prophets and people demonstrated this not least of Abram, Elijah, and David. This is critical in the life of any Christian. That being a Christ-follower means in retrospect they are a follower of God Himself just as Adam should have been and Jesus is. And as written; Job is such a man as we all are; that can and enjoys the Blessing but by carnal thinking brings the curse back into their life, family, and business. The religious say God used Job as a ping pong ball between satan and Himself just for His pleasure. This would make God insidious, mocking His own Kingdom which He never does. What many just as Job failed to remember and be cautious against is the law of seedtime harvest which is themselves Spiritual witnesses to man’s pronunciations and actions. After God reprimands Job; he eventually recognized this as stated; “therefore have I uttered that I understood not (and) I have heard of You (God’s ways) by the hearing of the ear (Faith): but now mine eye see You (God’s judgments). Wherefore I abhor (angry/detest) myself, and repent in dust and ashes” - Job 42:5-6.
Here the two witnesses take several forms. To understand what led to Job’s demise and redemption we must consider the chronology of events. Job is a devout man but even though he abides by the law; he often walks in fear rather than Faith. He constantly appeases God for his children as stated; “(Continually) offered burnt offerings according to the number of them all. (Because) it may be that my sons (and daughters) have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts”. - Job 1:5. First; once a child has passed the age of responsibility; a parent is unable to cover their sins.
Here are the two witnesses of man’s disobedience. God said it okay to eat of all the trees except one. The Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge were and are still the witnesses. For by the former; man would have received the Spirit of obedience as Jesus did, and by the latter; he would have received the Anointing for God’s purpose and works as Jesus did. As stated; “By (Adam) one man’s disobedience many became sinners but by (Jesus) one man’s obedience many became Righteous” - Rm. 5:19. Jesus is recognized at the age of maturity of twelve years by revealing God’s Spirit in the synagogue to the religious leaders. Then at the start of His ministry for God’s purpose and works; the Anointing came down on Him. This is the order of God’s immutability! That unless man receives God’s Sprit first through Jesus by the Tree of Life; he cannot be Anointed for God’s purpose and works by the Tree of Knowledge. This is the same urge from Paul as stated; "Have the mind of Christ" - 1 Cor. 2:16 and "Be imitators of Christ" - 1 Cor. 11:1.
When we say; “God is immutable”; is to say; “God is immovable because He is perfect in all His ways”! There is no middle ground in what He says, and what He does. God’s very character and actions are indistinguishable! Too often; for our own comfort level; we bring God down to our previous fallen state. Often justifying our circumstances with; “God wants to teach us a lesson or He is the potter and we are the clay” and “just an old sinner saved by Grace”. We make what God has ordained and declared inoperable and ineffective in our lives by our failure to take Him at His Word as stated; “they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put Him (Jesus) to an open shame (mockery)” - Heb. 6:6. It is this ignorance that keeps many in the Body from daily Victory and inadvertently aids satan in his sworn purpose to kill, steal and destroy all that God loves.
By Job’s actions; he now commits a sin of doubt in God’s justice by trying to substitute with His devoutness (religion) rather than praying seeking Grace for his children that God’s Spirit would guide them to repentance. Job comes face to face with his religion of self-justification by the accusations of his first witnesses of carnal thinking friends and then secondly by his friend who puts into perspective who God is and what man’s responsibilities are. This Righteous friend is Elihu whose name means “My God is He” or we can say “God is immutable”. These two witnesses of the good friends and his Righteous friend is compared to the noise of the world as opposed to the still voice of God, respectively or as stated; “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be Spiritually minded is Life and peace” - Rm. 8:6. Once Job repents with the Grace of God; his life, family business is restored abundantly.
More generations later God fulfills His promise and witness to the world including Heavenly Spirits and fallen spirits in the man Jesus as stated; “And I will put enmity between you (satan) and the woman, and between your seed (unrighteousness) and her seed (Righteousness); it shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel” - Gen. 3:15. Jesus is the ultimate witness of God’s Kingdom and pleasure. He did this with seedtime and harvest by Righteous obedience in real-time. You see; with God, the chronology of natural time has no control over God’s Anointing Spirit from His Domain of Principalities, Powers and Thrones. That’s why with Jesus; His perfect (by words and actions) Son; the Revelation of God’s Glory is instant with the miracles, healings and prophesy. Because all His time on the Earth, He chose Life over death and affirms this as stated; “Verily (certainly/truthfully) I say unto you. Whatsoever you shall bind (restrain) on Earth shall be bound (held) in Heaven, and whatsoever you shall loose (release) on Earth shall be loosed (poured out) in (from) Heaven” - Matt. 18:18.
Here the two witnesses are now established as the Standard. First as the perfect example of what a man should be under God’s Kingdom and pleasure; and secondly the way a man should operate to be fruitful, multiply and take dominion in this world by the Spirit. Bringing together the flesh of man with the Spirit of God for this dying world as the witness for Salvation. It will be as the Son of God with the life as the son of man; that Jesus will judge as a witness all who have been saved by His Blood and produce or not produced by His Spirit as stated by Jesus; “But he that received seed into the good ground is he that hears the word, and understands it; which also bears fruit, and brings forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty” - Matt. 13:23. Did you notice to be good ground; one has to have Faith in the Word and understand it Spiritually. That what is sowed in the physical can produce a multiplied harvest from the Spirit. The ultimate witness to our creator is as stated; “Trust in the Lord (God) with all thine (your) heart, and lean not unto thine (your) own understanding” - Prob. 3:5; and “For he that wavers (doubts) is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed” - Jm. 1:6. It is our own spirit that will affirm our Faithfulness or unfaithfulness in God, Jesus, and Salvation's benefits.
Here these two witnesses will pour out God’s Kingdom and pleasure in its finality for any person who by freewill have Hope, Faith, and Love for Salvation rejecting every aspect of satan and this corrupted world with all its demeaning, demented and detrimental unrighteousness of disobedience and sin as stated ad foreshadowed; “As the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” - Matt. 24:37. Noah’s Salvation is based on God’s Grace by his Righteousness but also by the demise of man into an unrecognizable image of God; twisted by selfish love, possessiveness and hatred of God's Spirit for all fleshly and carnal mindedness satisfaction of the body, mind, and spirit. An indication and witness that God is about to hit the restart button as He did with any civilization of man as stated; “For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good. Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God. Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof” - 2 Tim. 3:2. This is and will be the ultimate witness of God’s intervention into His creation’s life.
No matter what we as Christians think or do. To be unfaithful is to doubt God's immutable character. That although He is sovereign, omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient; God is unable to bring about a Righteous outcome whether in our personal life, family or business. That is not Righteousness! We are called to be and have testimonies of God's Glory not only historically but presently in our lives fulfilling His declarations for us as overcomers, victors, and lampstands rather as stated; "the heir, as long as he is a child (immature), differs nothing from a servant (enslaved), though he be lord of all” - Gal. 4:1. For to justified in God is as stated; “walk by Faith and not by sight” - 2 Cor. 5:7; and "he that comes to God must believe that He is" - Heb. 11:6. The witness for God’s Faithfulness is the ultimate testimony required and ought to be given by everyone who has taken the Blood and pronounced Jesus is Lord and Savior of their life and that by the redeemed flesh and spirit; is the two witnesses to the Glory of God!
Flush it Out - Greater is Jesus in me than he in the world!
